Depotnet was recently rolled out to more than 200 operatives at Opus and we sat down with Jason Singleton post roll out, to hear about the successes following an aggressive 6-week national mobilisation.

Opus recognised that deploying Depotnet would require changes in the way people worked, necessitating a shift to a fully digital system, where automated workflows ensured compliance and eliminated shortcuts. To support this transition, Opus appointed an internal project manager to oversee the roll-out and provide on-the-ground assistance.
