As a Payroll administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing various payroll functions. Your responsibilities will include:
Payroll (CIS):
- Cross-referencing weekly time sheets with attendance registers.
- Addressing discrepancies with line managers.
- Handling deductions and notifications.
- Generating weekly CIS payments reports.
- Notifying payroll of new starters and leavers.
- Completing cross check monthly PAYE attendance reports.
General Administration:
- Managing the sign-in book.
- Updating attendance registers daily.
- Support with pension administration
- Support with benefits administration
- Support the team leader with confidential information for payroll advice meetings
Holidays and Sickness:
- Logging holiday requests.
- Maintaining holiday calendars.
