This week, two of our leaders; Gavin O’Connor, Co-Managing Director & Thomas Walsh, Group Business Director, visited multiple sites across England & Wales to see the fantastic work our teams are doing. From 11.5km of 33kV cable installation in Porthmadog to a 27-way 33kV/ 11kV cable installation in Cheshire; the quality being delivered is great to see for our client SP Energy Networks.

Our aim is to support the operational teams & managers, give direction and get a view from the front line of the challenges they face day to day.

Tom Walsh, said “As a leader it’s important to be visible at every level in the organisation, and these visits give the teams an opportunity to speak directly to us about challenges they face & suggestions they have to improve what we do, and it’s important we embrace that. These visits also give us an opportunity to get closer to our delivery allowing better, more informed decision making. It’s been a great 2 days out to see the teams”.
