We’ve had an A-Level student 👩🏻‍🎓 doing work experience in Opus HQ this week, and it’s been a great experience for Isabella to broaden her knowledge & experience, so she can add it to her thoughts on what she’d like to do after her education.

This was also a good experience for our staff, as we embark on an apprenticeship programme, over the coming weeks… more to come on that soon…. 👷‍♀️👷🏽👩🏻‍🎓

So, it’s been good to have someone of that generation around the office to share experiences, learnings & also an opportunity for our staff to learn from this individual… usually on IT skills!!!

Isabella learnt about our processes E-2-E, she undertook tasks all week to gather an enhanced learning. One of these tasks was starting our brand new initiative – building the 1st draft of the Opus Teamtalk. She then presented back to the Board of Directors at the end of the week, her findings/ learnings and opportunities for Opus to improve.
