This week, we had our latest customer service event for our forthcoming project at Hale Barns.
The customer & stakeholder engagement on this project is key to ensure we set expectations early on the plan & communicate effectively how we aim to execute it.
We discussed how the work we are doing is enabling the drive to Net Zero on behalf of SP Energy Networks – and will future proof the network in their area, modernising LV Mains Cables & upgrading supplies to 3-phase.
We had in excess of 60 residents attend, which is a great turn out – and the customers went away well informed by the team.
