This week we had our 1st of 3 mid-year Safety & Business Performance Stand downs at Opus Group. 145 operatives in attendance, it was great to see everyone together.

Then, we finished the session with a survey as we feel that strong engagement with our workforce harbours a safe, customer focussed & productive team all driving towards the same targets. Weâll share results of this survey in updates soon.
With in excess of 100 staff still to hear the messages, we move on to our next North West session next week, and Edinburgh in August.Â
