Today we had a great mid-year Safety Stand Down with our team in Edinburgh.

The session was engaging, we had a lot of praise for the team but also some home truths, where performance improvements are needed.

Our areas of focus were Streetworks Compliance, Utility Avoidance, PPE Standards, Risk Assessments & Driving behaviours. Whilst we had the team together we took the opportunity to go through Customer Service targets & performance too.

It was great to see our client SP Energy Networks getting involved too, supporting in delivering the key messages. Thanks to Euan McComish & Jimmy for your support.

Thanks also to Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University for the facility for our session. Great place & very accomodating.
